\na followe<\/strong><\/span>r<\/strong><\/span> makes and forgets promises.<\/p>\n

\nA leade<\/strong><\/span>r<\/strong><\/span> says, “I’m good, but not as good as I ought to be;”<\/p>\n

\na followe<\/strong><\/span>r says, “I’m not as bad as a lot of other people.”<\/p>\n

\nLeaders<\/strong><\/span> listen;<\/p>\n

\nfollowers<\/strong><\/span> just wait until it’s their turn to talk.<\/p>\n

\nLeaders<\/strong><\/span> respect those who are superior to them and tries to learn something from them;<\/p>\n

\nfollowers<\/strong><\/span> resent those who are superior to them and try to find chinks in their armor.<\/p>\n

\nLeaders<\/strong><\/span> feel responsible for more than their job;<\/p>\n

\nfollowers<\/strong><\/strong><\/span> say, “I only work here.”<\/p>\n

\nA leader<\/strong> says, “There ought to be a better way to do this;”<\/p>\n

\nfollowers say<\/strong>, “That’s the way it’s always been done here.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
